Daniel & Whitney R.
Dan and Whitney have always been pretty entrepreneurial minded and knew they did not want to work a W-2 job their whole life. They began looking into Real Estate Investing through various education companies and weren’t very impressed the more they got involved. After a year of no results and no community of investors to work with they became discouraged. Chase, Whitney’s brother who had been wanting to get involved with real estate as well came across 212 Wealth Center and was very impressed. As they began to attend events and meet our community of entrepreneurs and investors they fell in love with it. It was exactly what they had been looking for. After a month they were able to raise $62,000 to begin doing real estate deals and have been partnering with some of the investors in the community to find and do deals with. Dan and Whitney feel so blessed to work with the community at 212 Wealth Center. They feel everyone in the community is so genuine and helpful, not to mention super fun also! They have learned so much about business ownership and Real Estate Investing the correct way in the short time they have been involved. They know that we will be successful thanks to 212 Wealth Center!
When Kent started with 212 Wealth Center, he was a truck driver. He spent most of the time on the road with the exception of a Wednesday when he would get home from a trip only to leave Wednesday evening and make another long trip to Montana to get home on Friday. Sometimes he would get home Friday morning except when the weather was bad then it would be Friday Night or Saturday Morning.
Kent was truly looking for something better, but had limited time to actually search. Kent had looked at a couple of different opportunities, but when he discovered 212 Wealth Center knew this was the right fit for him. In November of 2011, Kent bought his first house while working part time for a local trucking company in Salt Lake. After his first, Kent and his business partner were able to buy two more fix and flips. They made $22,000 on the first flip and Kent slammed the door to his trucking career and never went back out on the road. Since that time he has done over 30 flips. Along with his investments, Kent and his wife Jane, run a successful home staging business. Kent now owns 5 rental properties in his retirement account which cash flow over $1500 per month. Kent is happy that retirement is in sight and that he will not have to drive truck the rest of his life.
Reese started his path toward real estate a few years ago. He paid for realtor training, and later learned that what he really wanted to do was invest in real estate, not just sell homes to other investors or homebuyers. Reese began searching for knowledge on investing in real estate. After paying money for various training he came to the conclusion he needed someone to mentor him and give guidance throughout the investment process. This was what helped Reese know he wanted to get involved with 212 Wealth Center. He feels he has received the guidance needed to realize and achieve his dreams. He now knows that he can create whatever future he wants to. Reese has been able to quit his job and now runs a successful window cleaning business while working towards his first investment property!
Kathrine was working a warehouse job making $30,000/year as a problem solver. She worked very hard and was not making enough to support her family. She was tired of her boss determining how much she was worth and not giving the recognition she deserved. That’s when Kathrine began looking for something that would secure her future and allow her to achieve her dreams. Kathrine knew she was a hard worker, she just needed the right vehicle to get there. That is when I was introduced to 212 Wealth Center. She observed members achieving success through business ownership and investments in real estate and knew she wanted to be apart of it. Since joining, she has been able to quite her job and spend more time with her little girl and husband. She is getting involved with her first investments and could not be more excited!
Ty was selling dental software at a call center just trying to get through college and life in general. Day after day Ty worked hard for the company he worked for. One day his boss came up to him and said that if he was able to work longer hours and accomplish more each day consistently for the next month that he’d raise his salary to several thousand more a year. Ty was ecstatic by hearing that and began to work longer hours that month. By the end of the month however, he was told it would have to wait another month. And then the next month the same thing happened. Ty did not end up getting that raise and realized that something worse had happened along the way trying to climb the corporate ladder, he had forgotten his dreams and ambitions.
Ty feels fortunate to have had a friend who had just started with 212 Wealth Center and had already quit their full-time job to run their business and invest in real estate full time. That was exactly what Ty needed to wake up to a dream of achieving financial freedom. Ty, although just starting can already see an end to his current work and the false promises from employers as he moves forward doing what he dreams!
Dave was newly married and was frustrated that he was working long hours. He hated being gone from his wife so much. Dave felt stressed financially, and wanted to find a better way to provide for his family, so that he could spend more time with them. That’s when they started looking into real estate. Dave knew that they could make a lot of money, but they also needed help since they had no idea where to start. Now Dave and Mandy are getting more of their time back with their family. Their relationship with each other has never been better. They are so grateful that they found 212 Wealth Center, and are happy with the willingness of the individuals here to help them every step of the way. They are excited for what the future has in store!
Robert & Jamie W.
Robert and Jamie were both working good jobs. Unfortunately they were unable to do anything extra. Their savings were ok, but did not have much in their account. Anytime a trip would come up they would begin to stress on where they could make up with the lost income. They also knew that retirement did not look possible financially. They started with 212 Wealth Center because they saw a way to make their dreams a reality. Robert and Jamie feel they have been supported by a community of investors that care about them and their dreams. Since starting with 212 Wealth Center, they have been able to raise funds to use on two properties with their business partner. Jamie has been able to quit her job and stay at home with their four children. The relationships they have developed and mind change they have experienced they say has been, “Amazing.”
Jon & Summer
Jon & Summer B.
Jon and Summer previous to joining 212 Wealth Center were both working full time jobs as managers. Jon managed a restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City and Summer managed an apartment complex in Salt Lake as well. They were tired of not getting paid what we they knew they were worth and wanted to be able to work together from home. Within their first year of starting with 212 Wealth Center they have been able to quit both their jobs, are working together, and through their investments and business successfully doubled their income. They love being apart of 212 Wealth Center and are looking forward to see what else they will accomplish.
Joseph & Lori
Joseph & Lori C.
Before joining team 212, Joseph and Lori were newlyweds struggling financially with no hope of getting out. They both felt stuck in their jobs and were so stressed with work that they didn’t even get to have quality family time together. Since joining 212 Wealth Center their whole outlook has changed. He is married to his beautiful wife Jennifer and together they have two amazing kids. His oldest will be off to college next fall and he looks forward to being able to work from home so his other son will always have someone there when he gets home from school!
Tyler & Chanel M.
When Tyler first found 212 Wealth Center he was working and going to school full time. He and his wife had recently married and were doing everything they could to get on top of life.
Both Tyler and Chanel were working hard to create success for their family. As a newly married couple they were going to school, getting excellent grades, and qualifying for great jobs. One day Tyler found himself taking inventory on his life. He reflected on his current path and the activities that he and his wife were doing day to day. He thought about their goals, dreams, and aspirations and what it would take to get there. As he reflected it hit him that if he were to stay on the path he was on (going to school, getting good grades, and searching for a very good job) it would take decades to get to where they wanted to be. Tyler realized they would have to sacrifice an inordinate amount of valuable time with family in order to enjoy the lifestyle they wanted. Tyler realized he needed to do something different.
At about this same time, a friend at work recommended that he read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki. He loved every page and realized that in order for he and his wife to achieve what they wanted they needed to get into real estate investment. This was when he discovered 212 Wealth Center. Within eight months of getting involved he was able to raise $110,000 in private capital that he now uses to invest. The next month he acquired his first fix-and-flip transaction that netted his business partner and himself just shy of $26,000. They have been involved with the community 18 months now and have participated in three different transactions allowing them to make great money with the business opportunity that they have. Tyler will forever be grateful that he got involved with the individuals at 212 Wealth Center. Tyler and Chanel’s financial future has changed immensely. They now have a realistic plan to be retired by the age of 30 and to be living back in their home town with their family. They feel this has been an incredible journey!
